The National Commission for Women has placed 11 demands (women's health, basic village infrastructure, rural environment, women's economic empowerment, families of difficult and unreached sections of our society, women's political empowerment, women at large through macro-economic policy) before the Union Finance Minister for consideration while presenting the Budget-2004.
